Many home based businesses lure people to join with promises of working on a team and having others help you develop your business. The second reason why this legitimate home business is so different is because all members work as a team. This is a true team marketing effort. There are a number of different teams with different leaders with in each team. There are teams for blogging, article writing, seo, sales presentation, training and every other aspect of marketing this legitimate home business. People join the different teams based on their own skills or wishes. People are delegated tasks to perform within each of the teams.

In any legitimate home business, whether it is team oriented or not, communication is very important. Within my business team, communication is instant among the teams using Skype. Meeting, up-dated news, discussions and any other type of communication is no problem at all. Each team member contributes to the team effort and daily communications is one of the best ways to develop a business.

One common thread among most MLM companies is the fact that they all encourage you to purchase leads. This can become very expensive and it almost has become a dead-end in trying to build a business. Our legitimate home business does not require this business practice. MLM business practice is about duplication our business practice is the same as many Fortune 500 companies and that is delegation.
