Will the company be privately owned or public?
Is the company well financed or will they being incurring substantial debt?
What type of products or services will the company be promoting?

What type of compensation plan and how much are they going to pay out?
Research takes time but it is so important. Yet too many people fail to do any research at all. As I searched, one caught my attention because of how different the foundation of the company was set up. This new home based business opportunity is all about buying customers – not leads.
